Small and very cute flat in Prague near Letna and Stromovka park and with very short distance to all Prague attractions It is quiet flat in a beautiful historical part of Prague with plenty of local cafes, bars and restaurants Only 20 mins walk to the Old Town square and about 30 mins walk to the heart of Prague- Prague castle. Lot of restaurants, cafes nearby and 2 big supermarkets. Street parking is for free from Friday 20:00- Sunday 18:00

- There is an elevator in the building
- It's fully furnished, Queen size bed (160x200)
- bedlinen and towels are provided (professional laundry)
- Strong reliable wifi
- Hot water, heating
- Washing Machine for free of charge in the bathroom

In the kitchen we have pots, pans, silverware, plates, salt, coffee maker.
We don't provide coffee, oil and washing machine detergent

The neighbourhood

Neighbourhood is fantastic. Its a beautiful area with access to Stromovka and Letna park with fantastic Prague view and popular beer gardens

If you like walking - this place is perfect for you.
Only 20 mins walk to the Old town Square and 30 mins walk to Prague Castle

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed outside.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.

This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

All reservations confirmed before 10.05.2025 must pay city tax in cash on checkout day.

Reservations confirmed on or after 10.05.2025 have the city tax included in the Airbnb price.
