Welcome to our cozy flat in Prague, conveniently located near Letna and Stromovka Park. This small but cute flat is in a beautiful historical part of Prague, surrounded by local cafes, bars, and restaurants. You'll find yourself just a short 20-minute walk from the Old Town Square and approximately 30 minutes away from the heart of Prague - Prague Castle. Street parking is available free of charge from Friday 20:00 to Sunday 18:00. Experience the best of Prague from our lovely flat

In the kitchen we have pots, pans, silverware, plates, salt, coffee maker.
We don't provide coffee, oil and washing machine detergent

The neighbourhood

The neighborhood is truly wonderful. It's a picturesque area that provides access to Stromovka and Letna parks, offering stunning panoramic views of Prague, along with beloved beer gardens.

If you enjoy strolling, this location is ideal for you. It's just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town Square and a 30-minute walk to Prague Castle.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed outside.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before your arrival, you are required by Czech law Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals to provide registration details for each guest staying in the apartment.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation.

This is a legal obligation by the Czech Foreign Police for all foreigners entering the Czech Republic. All data is handled confidentially and used only for legal verification by Czech authorities.

All reservations confirmed before 10.05.2025 must pay city tax in cash on checkout day.

Reservations confirmed on or after 10.05.2025 have the city tax included in the Airbnb price.
